RETURN OF THE GOODS / RESIGNATION FROM THE AGREEMENT

Under the law in force in Poland, you may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement on the WOOD FOR GUITAR online shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The termination date expires 14 days after the date on which you acquired the goods or the third party designated by you other than the carrier entered possession of the goods. In case you have purchased more than one product in our shop and delivered a lot, for example, the period of time to withdraw from the Contract starts from the day you took possession of the last item, the last lot or part or the one indicated by you a third person other than the carrier has come into possession of the last item, the last lot or part. In the event of the conclusion of the Service Agreement, the 14-day period of withdrawal shall commence on the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

If you will decide to return the item, we will refund all payments from you, including the cost of delivering the item, except for the additional costs of your choice of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by our Shop.

Back-payment will be made by us immediately, not later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Payment will be made using the same payment methods used by you in the transaction, and if payment has been made with a payment card, the refund will be credited to the bank account to which the card was used.  

We reserve the right to withhold payment until the item is received.

Please ensure adequate protection of the goods against damage in the shipment. As a Consignee withdrawing from the Agreement, you will incur direct charges for the cost of return, so please do not send us the parcel at the expense of the recipient. We also ask you to include all accessories added to item(s), if any, with your invoice or receipt. 

This is not mandatory, but it is always a good idea to contact us before making an decision to withdraw from the Contract or return the goods.

WARRANTY 

We undertake to provide you with a defect-free service. In the case of natural products (such as wood), natural features of the wood such as knots, overgrowth, discoloration, mineral clumps, no reproducibility and appearance, pores, natural gaps and micropolls, irregular fibers, change shape in different climate conditions are not qualified as wood defects.

In case of a defect in the goods you have purchased, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be reported in writing by mail or by electronic mail to the above addresses.We recommend that in case of any possible complaint include a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date of its occurrence), the details of the complaining customer and the customer's request for the defect of the goods.

We will respond to your claim immediately, no later than 14 days, and if we fail to do so within this time limit, we will automatically consider your request to be justified.

Goods sent in the complaint procedure should be sent to the address given above.

It is always a good idea to contact us before making a decision about a complaint or a refund, we care about the greatest satisfaction of the customer. We act honestly, we do not avoid difficult matters.
