Delivery time

The total delivery time (preparation for shipping + delivery) in Poland is 2 - 4 business days. The preparation and shipping process takes up to 2 business days (from the moment of payment authorization in the payment processing system or from the moment of posting the payment on our company account in the case of other forms of payment, the exception is the selection of the "cash on delivery" payment method during purchases - then it is an obvious green light for us to carry out the shipment). Deliveries are made by carriers and courier companies with whom we cooperate and it takes the next 2 business days (up to 2 days). In special cases, beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, road accidents, (pre)holiday periods, etc.), the total delivery time may be extended, but these are rare events.

If deliveries are made within the European Union (outside Poland), the average delivery time is extended by another maximum of 3 business days.

Delivery time to countries outside the European Union, so-called export - we do not deliver to countries outside the European Union.

We will inform you about any possible deviations by e-mail or telephone.

Delivery terms

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the execution of an order in cases where the data required for its execution is missing or there is a clear suspicion of an attempt of abuse, fraud, etc. We take such cases particularly seriously and approach them individually.

The following information is closely related to cases where deliveries are made to countries outside the European Union, but may also apply to countries associated within the European Union:

All our materials and products come from official and legally operating partners and their sale is in accordance with applicable regulations in Poland and the European Union. However, because we sell many different species and types of wood and other materials, e.g. of natural origin, it may turn out that the import of some species of wood / type of material into your country is prohibited or is subject to additional customs duties, taxes or other costs and regulations. Before making a purchase in our Store, please make sure whether the import of a given species of wood or type of material is possible to your country and what additional potential costs you will incur. In this way, you will plan the total cost of purchasing the goods or avoid the requisition of goods by the Customs Office or other institutions operating under the law in your country. The company TOMASHEK Tomasz Wojtowicz, Wood For Guitar has no influence on the law in force in a given country of destination and does not takes the costs or liability for the consequences of its implementation and for the consequences of the activities of the Customs Office and other institutions in a given country of delivery destination.

Delivery cost

The cost of delivery depends on the form of payment, the total weight of the purchased goods, the choice of delivery method (if a choice is provided) and the country and region to which the order is to be delivered. The entire order is sent in one shipment. To ensure safety during transport, or for other reasons, it may happen that the shipment will be divided into two or more packages. The customer pays only one cost of delivery, regardless of the number of packages. The cost of delivery also includes the costs of preparation and packaging. We do not use ready-made boxes for packaging, because they do not provide the required protection against damage during transport. Each purchase we send is treated individually and is specially secured, which of course translates into higher costs compared to ready-made shipping packaging.

The cost of shipping the item or items is visible during the ordering process.
