At woodforguitar.com we do everything to prepare and ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Below we present some important information, please read it to be better informed.

Selected a traditional bank transfer payment during ordering process:

The order is transferred to the warehouse for preparation for shipment when the payment is credited to the Store's bank account. The maximum time for preparing the goods and shipping (from the moment the payment is credited) is maximum 2 business days.

Selected an online payment services during ordering process:

If the Customer pays for the order by payment/credit card, the ordered goods are prepared and shipped within maximum 2 business days from the moment of obtaining positive authorization of the card payment.

In the case of online payments in other forms (e.g. online bank transfers, online transfers, via a payment intermediary such as PayPal, etc.), we prepare the goods for quick shipment after the funds have been credited to our account or after the payment has been confirmed by the intermediary implementing the payment service. Preparation time for shipping takes maximum 2 working days after confirmation.

Shipments are provided by carriers and courier companies with whom we work closely - the delivery time depends on the carrier, type of parcel and the delivery address and region. This usually takes up to 2 business days in Poland, and another up to 3 business days should be added in the other European Union countries.
