Basswood - similarly to poplar and alder, it occurs in many countries of the world, mainly in the temperate zones. For years, it has been used in the production of musical instruments. It is a frequent choice for the body in an electric guitar, designed for playing fast, heavy, heavy metal music. The sound of basswood is broad, quite warm, the wood reacts very quickly acoustically, causing the extracted sounds to be selective. Indicated to play in harmony with a maple (neck) and ebony as a fingerboard. Such a set does not forgive inexperienced musicians, but in the right hands it is a great tool for creating strong, beautiful and precise music.
