The overall width is given, the product consists of 2 separate halves. The wood is sanded both sides, dry and ready to use. Customize your dimensions for yourself. As always when working with wood, we recommend acclimatising it to your destination place for several weeks. Everyone, even the most stable species of wood, is not indifferent to changes in humidity, temperature and other external factors.

Birch occurs in many varieties. The wood of this tree is similar to a maple. Also compact and massive structure, without noticeable pores, hard and acoustically also behaves very much like a maple. As with the maple, depending on the variety, the birch wood may be whitish or greyish or creamy, yellowish, slightly red, more or less hard. It is used, among others, for the manufacture of percussion instruments, different drums. Particularly patterned pieces, are used as tops / facings for the guitar/bass body. Great wood with excellent acoustic qualities, naturally boosts high and low frequencies, gives contours and precision to the sound. An ordinary tree, unusual wood. We sincerely recommend for guitars and basses.
