As always when working with wood, we recommend to store it at the place of destination for a period of several weeks. Everyone, even the most stable type of wood is not indifferent to changes in humidity, temperature and other external factors.

European ash is hard and heavy wood. You can use it for electric guitar or bass body. In order to avoid the heavy weight of the instrument, the chambers are often made in an ash. The sound characteristics describing this wood: hard and bright, long sustain. Appearance can vary widely from cream, through gray to beige. Often there are brown or olive color accents in the wood. The ash has very deep and wide pores, which can be a great challenge when finishing in high gloss mirror. A wood looks attractive under the transparent coat in natural color or with the addition of colour tint.
